Adam McLean
Adam McLean is a professional Motorcycle Road Racer from Northern Ireland, currently competing at the highest level of International Road Racing. Career highlights include winning the Isle of Man TT Newcomer’s Trophy, Top Six TT Finisher, Multiple podiums at the North West 200 and Isle of Man Classic TT, Race Wins and Lap Records in the International Road Racing Championship. He is also a former Irish Road Racing 600 Supersport, Supertwin & Moto 3 Champion.
For the 2026 season, Adam has signed with CD Racing by MSS Performance. This experience underpins the performance‑focused, rider‑led approach behind R-LINE MOTORSPORT and the support provided to riders in Spain.
Adam has also worked as a technician at Flitwick Motorcycles Yamaha Dealership and qualified as a Master Technician at Reactive Suspension School. As well as running his own race team for several seasons where he achieved multiple North West 200 podiums.
Tom Brown
Tom Brown has been a full-time professional race mechanic with over 15 years of experience competing at the highest levels of International Motorcycle Racing. His career includes extensive involvement across elite road racing and championship-level series, working in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
Tom has supported teams and riders at world-renowned events such as the Isle of Man TT and the North West 200, as well as across major international and national championships including the World Supersport Championship, British Superbike Championship, British Supersport Championship, and the International Road Racing Championship.
Also supporting track day clients with all sorts of experience and knowledge to help them achieve their dreams. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered high mechanical standards, reliability, and performance under extreme time constraints, contributing to competitive results across some of the most demanding circuits in the world.
Alongside this experience, he is a highly skilled and versatile race mechanic, competent in data logging analysis, suspension setup and servicing, dyno operation and setup, and ECU remapping. Also experienced in translating data and rider feedback into effective setup changes, contributing directly to performance, reliability, and competitive results under extreme time constraints.
